Order

  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

  • Placing an order means that you are entering into a purchase agreement. We only enter into purchase agreements with persons of legal age. That is, you must be 18 years of age to make a purchase on our site.

Delivery

  • Our normal delivery times are 7 – 14 working days to all regions in the world.
  • All deliveries are made from the nearest print shop in the respective country the customer is in when ordering. Fashion Avenue deliver to USA, to all countries in Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact us.
  • Everyone’s deliveries were sent with trackable delivery to the customers with notification of delivery either by email or SMS to a mobile phone.
  • If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), contact us at e-mail address: info@fashionavenue.se A shipping fee is charged on certain products, and this is indicated in that case at checkout.
  • If you have ordered several goods, they will be packaged together as much as possible. Should we have to deliver in parts, Fashion Avenue will cover the additional shipping fee.
  • If the product is damaged or lost during transport from Fashion Avenue to the customer, Fashion Avenue is responsible for payment. If the product is damaged or lost when you return it to Fashion Avenue, the customer is responsible for payment. If you discover upon receipt that the shipment is damaged in transit, you must immediately report this to the shipping company.
  • For packages not redeemed within 14 days, Fashion Avenue reserves the right to charge the customer for our shipping fee, return shipping and handling fee to us. In the moment from $ 20. If for some reason you are prevented and cannot collect your package, contact us immediately. Please note that uncollected packages are not eligible for return.
  • Complaints if an item is incorrect, defective, or mis-shipped, please contact us immediately via e-mail info@fashionavenue.se so we can correct the error. Replacement deliveries are of course completely free of charge.
  • Goods returned against cash on delivery are not triggered by us.

Prices

  • All prices in the store are in USD and all prices include VAT.
  • We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  • Shipping costs and other charges are reported before you confirm the purchase.
  • The goods are reported including all fees delivered to the customer.

Right of withdrawal

  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • From an environmental point of view and for your convenience, please use the packaging in which the product was delivered.
  • Send the return with a note or delivery note about the order number and whether you want to return or exchange for another product. The purchase price is refunded in full, no later than 30 days after we have received the item back.
  • If it is ordered against an invoice, we recommend that we receive the return before the due date of the invoice. Otherwise, the invoice must be paid on time and we will then return the money as soon as we receive the return.

Consumer guarantees

Fashion Avenue gives according to EU law also 2 years guarantee as an protection against faulty goods, or gods that don’t look or work as advertised.

Claims and complaints

  • Should the product be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

How do you proceed with complaints?

  • Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@fashionavenue.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If it fails to deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

By shopping at Fashion Avenue, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.

Fashion Avenue is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order as well as on occasions when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

The information below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    • What is personal data?

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

    • What data do we store?

To handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfil the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.

    • Legal basis

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns, and similar mailings take place with your consent.

    • What information is shared and for what purpose?

Payment provider

When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Swiipe.

    • Freight company

To deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use MailerLite for sending newsletters and they are sent out 1-2 times/month.

An email is sent out about 2 weeks after the order is placed as a feedback to the placed order. This is a one-time email and should not be confused with the Newsletter.

  • The right of access

You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

  • Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

  • The right to be forgotten

You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

Fashion Avenue is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.

  • How we protect your personal data

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.

We use WordPress/Woocommerce and store your personal data at one.com, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website

Dispute and choice of law

  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se.
